I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist currently working in a private, non-profit educational and therapeutic day treatment center for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. I earned my undergraduate degrees in Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders and Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas. I completed my master's degree in Speech Pathology at Rockhurst University in Kansas City and am currently working toward certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 

I created this blog as a means of documenting progress toward my professional goals and to share ideas and resources with other professionals.

  3. Love your blog and your creative materials!!! I too am a SLP working primarily with the birth to 5 population. I am in a medical setting though, but have used some of your ideas and materials!! Coming from an impoverished county and a hospital which is financially strapped, I am constantly looking for new and innovative therapy materials that I can print and use without spending tons!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

    Thank you so much for sharing your WONDERFUL speech and language therapy with us! I am preparing to begin my second year as a school-based early childhood SLP, and I can hardly wait to use your therapy ideas and materials during the upcoming school year! As a new-ish SLP (I just earned my CCC last week), and it is truly invaluable to have insight from more experienced SLPs like yourself, I am so grateful!

  8. Just found your blog. I love seeing all the ideas for therapy. Thanks for the free articulation sheets. My students get bored with what we typically use from session to session. This will create some interest.
